Follow the steps for Sevens

The example and rules describe the same game you can play above. Play every card to four suit sequences that expand outward from their sevens. Try the rule on the board, then read the next instruction. A standard deck is dealt to four players, thirteen cards each. Keep the goal in mind before your next move.

Four-player free Sevens with three local computer opponents. This table uses the seven-of-diamonds opening and low Aces.

One thing to notice as you play

The board gives you the information needed for the next action. Extend the low end or high end of an open suit by one rank. Aces are low below twos; kings are the high end. Keep the goal in mind before your next move.

What you need to achieve

Play every card to four suit sequences that expand outward from their sevens. The game area remains available above the explanation.

The order of play

  1. A standard deck is dealt to four players, thirteen cards each.
  2. The holder of 7♦ must play it first. Other suits can open with their own seven.
  3. Extend the low end or high end of an open suit by one rank. Aces are low below twos; kings are the high end.
  4. Play a legal card whenever possible. Passing is allowed only when no card fits.
  5. The first player with an empty hand wins the round.

The controls to know

A careful first move helps you understand the round. Tap an enabled card from your hand. The suit rows show cards already played. Use Pass only when it is enabled. Keep the goal in mind before your next move.

See the idea in action

The example and rules describe the same game you can play above. After 7♥ is opened, 6♥ or 8♥ can be played. 5♥ must wait until 6♥ is on the table. Start a new round when you are ready to try again.

Check this before moving on

The board gives you the information needed for the next action. A matching rank in another suit does not extend an existing row. Every suit has its own sequence. Keep the goal in mind before your next move.
